Gratitude
reclaims its gesture.

Gratias is the gratitude infrastructure of the world's finest hotels.
The guest gives thanks in three seconds. The member of staff receives 100%.
The money never passes through the hotel, nor through us.

Chapter I · The vestibule

Cash is taking its leave.
The gesture must remain.

In the finest hotels, the folded note once slipped to the housekeeper, the valet or the concierge has become a rarity. Guests no longer carry cash, and with it fades a ritual as old as hospitality itself: the gesture that says thank you, from one hand to another.

The desire to give thanks, however, endures. It lacked only a gesture worthy of its surroundings: discreet, immediate, beyond reproach. That is precisely what Gratias restores.

Service is an art.
Gratitude deserves to be one too.

The gesture of service

Chapter II · The salon

A thank-you
in three seconds.

An elegant card in the hotel's colours, presented at just the right moment. The guest holds it to their phone: the hotel's page opens, under its own name, in the guest's language. They choose an amount, they pay. No app, no account to create.

The page speaks seven languages, Arabic among them, and shows the guest's currency for reference. The service fee is shown before payment and never deducted from the thank-you: transparency is part of the gesture.

Do try it: everything here is a simulation, no payment is real.

Behind the scenes of the hotel

Chapter III · Behind the scenes

The money travels from guest to staff.
Directly. Always.

Every thank-you leaves the guest's card and arrives in the staff member's personal wallet, held with an authorised electronic money institution. It never passes through the hotel's accounts, never through ours. This is not a technicality, it is a principle: the tip belongs to the person who rendered the service.

Chapter IV · The private salons

Your hotel,
down to the very last detail.

The page your guest discovers does not say Gratias. It says your name, your colours, your monogram, your voice. The brand studio carries your identity across every surface: the guest page, the cards, your teams' portal.

You write your copy once, in your own language: it is translated into the page's seven languages. And our intelligence reads your website to propose a complete identity, applied in a single click.

  • NFC and QR cards

A fleet of numbered cards in the hotel's colours, assigned and reassigned in two gestures. The QR code carries your logo and your colours.

  • Design studio

Cards, A4 and A5 display sheets, badges: printable templates to exact dimensions, faithful to your brand guidelines.

  • The note of appreciation

Upon departure, the guest thanks each of those who shaped their stay: each a direct and distinct payment, never a common pool.

  • The concierge's link

An email signature, a secure and capped link: gratitude travels on after the stay as well.

  • Discretion mode

A neutral descriptor on the guest's bank statement and amounts veiled on screen, for hotels that cultivate reserve.

  • The teams behind the scenes

Linen room, floors, kitchen: the trades the guest never meets receive their share, through a fair rotation to real people.

Chapter V · The staff floor

One hundred per cent,
and capital that remains.

The member of staff is not the object of the service, they are its reason. Their Gratias space is theirs alone: their wallet, the words they receive, their story. Without ever paying a thing, not today, not tomorrow, not in any country.

  • 01

    100% of every thank-you

Every sum is theirs in full. The transfer to their bank account goes out each week, free of charge.

  • 02

    A personal guest book

The words guests write are theirs alone. They choose which to reveal, which to keep, and which to offer to the hotel's roll of honour.

  • 03

    The tax companion

Their space explains their country's tax regime, month after month, and prepares the documents in the language of the hotel's country.

  • 04

    The gratitude passport

Their recognition follows them from hotel to hotel, protected by a secret phrase known to them alone. No hotel ever sees another.

  • 05

    Course set for tomorrow

Should they wish, they set aside a share of their thank-yous, at their own pace, for their plans.

And management? It sees overall figures, never the figures of any one person. That is a promise built into the architecture, not written into a staff handbook.

Chapter VI · The director's office

Compliance
that proves itself.

In our world, trust is not declared, it is demonstrated. Gratias was designed so that every promise can be verified, with the evidence to hand.

  • Zero surveillance, by design

Management sees overall figures, never the amounts per person. A technical attestation certifies it.

  • Zero transit, by principle

Funds travel from the guest to the staff member's wallet. Neither the hotel nor Gratias holds them, at any moment.

  • The staff-representation file, ready to present

The two attestations, the timestamped audit log and the regulatory exports are produced on demand, from the hotel's actual data.

  • A multi-jurisdiction tax engine

Each country has its own regime: the engine applies the hotel's wherever it is modelled, a standard treatment elsewhere, and every payroll document speaks the country's language where that language is served.

  • A tamper-proof audit log

Every sensitive action is recorded and timestamped, never to be undone. A sentinel watches over unusual flows.

  • Data protection and accessibility

Data hosted in Europe, retention periods published, surfaces compliant with European accessibility requirements.

For groups and collections

A group console consolidates your hotels, in all their currencies. Anonymous benchmarks place each hotel among its peers, without ever exposing anyone.

Chapter VII · The register

A simple model,
one you can say aloud.

The same model, everywhere in the world. No tiers, no minimum, no small print. Three sentences suffice.

The member of staff

0

Nothing, ever.

They receive 100% of every thank-you. The weekly transfer to their account is free. No fees, in any country.

The hotel

4

Per open staff account, per month.

In the hotel's own currency, whichever it may be: 4 per open account. NFC cards are supplied at 5 apiece, in the same currency. That is all.

One rule is not open to negotiation: no staff feature is ever locked behind a paid tier. Their gratitude is not a paid option.

All that remains
is to push open the door.

The façade, in the evening

Chapter VIII · The invitation

Do come in,
the door is open.

A private, thirty-minute demonstration, in your hotel's colours. We are opening with a few founding hotels: yours, perhaps.

Gratias, from the Latin gratias agere: to give thanks.
