One rule is not negotiable: no employee feature is ever withheld behind a paid tier. Their gratitude is not a premium option.
Three questions we are asked
No one other than the guest, then the employee. The amount travels from the guest's card to the employee's personal wallet, held with a licensed electronic money institution. Neither the hotel nor Gratias holds the sums at any moment.
Aggregate figures: participation, trends, breakdown by role. Never a per-person amount. This limit is a structural property of the platform, technically attested, not merely a usage policy.
The subscription is limited to $9 per open staff account per month (or €9: always your hotel's currency). Cards are printed on PVC in your property's colours: $9 each for the printed QR code, $29 each for the NFC chip and QR code, in orders of 20 cards or more. No set-up fees, no minimum term, no tiers.
