Before paying, the guest sees what Amélie receives and what the service costs. The fee is added to the thanks and takes nothing from it.

Management reads numbers of thanks by role; it never reads the details of a thank-you or a guest's message.
Counts by role: no line names an employee, none shows a guest's message.
The payroll team receives each staff member's monthly total, for their payslip, and nothing else.
