The trial space

The trial space is a demo hotel, in your colours, to explore Gratias with your team. Its data is fictional.

Sandbox: a demonstration, no payment is real. No sum is charged, paid out or refunded in it.

The request

You request a trial space with your work email address, your name, the hotel's name, its country and the size of its team. A link is sent to your address; it is valid for seventy-two hours and works once. It opens your trial space, where you choose your password.

You request a space for a hotel you represent, with an address that is your own. An address has one trial space at a time.

News from Gratias

The “Receive news from Gratias” box is never ticked in advance. If you tick it, Gratias keeps the text you accepted, its language and its date. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What you do with the space

The space is there to discover Gratias. Enter no real staff or guest data while the trial lasts.

Length and end of the trial

The trial lasts 14 days. An email reminds you 3 days before it ends. At its end, the space and its fictional data are deleted. To continue with a real hotel, the Gratias team opens your hotel with you.

The request's data

Gratias keeps a record of each request in its log, with your address and the hotel's name, for 3 years.
